Target Date

(requested Completion date)

 

Priority (low/normal/high/urgent*)

 
Client  
System (VDI, zendesk, BP, etc)  

*If urgent/same day request please also send a message via teams to Orville and Jeff. 

 

 

 

To review your system requests, go to zendesk (click the link or the 4 squares in the upper right, then support) and enter the number for your request, or alternatively use the System projects view shown below.
