Hey there! If you're reading this article either you're curious or are having some audio quality / call dropping issues in Bright Pattern. No worries! We've got some settings tweaks that may help.
To change BP into Web RTC mode, You can do this by going to the gear/settings > phone device > then select the option labeled Secure Phone (Web RTC).
After you have it selected, you may then be prompted to allow access to your microphone. Select allow.
Then once you hit allow you'll see a red dot to let you know chrome is connected to your microphone from that tab.
After you do this, for good measure place an outbound test call 9999 and check to ensure that you're able to both hear the recording and at the end of the test you're able to hear your own audio played back to you.
