Logging into Avaya after install, or reinstall requires inputting your login information. This includes your extension, ID, and server address. This can be a bit confusing, so here's a refresher:
After installing/reinstalling Avaya, when you launch it you must select "Change Login Settings"
This is where you will enter your Extension under the telephony tab. Your password for your extension, is your extension.
Example, if my extension is 1234, then my password is also 1234 on this tab only. I have included a screenshot below for clarity.
*Note the server address reads 10.3.80.172, please verify your server address matches when you launch Avaya*
Ok now it's time to switch over to the Agent tab. This is where you will enter your Agent ID.
Your password for your Agent ID, is your Agent ID.
Example, if my ID is 5678, then my password is also 5678 on this tab. I have included a screenshot below for clarity.
You won't need to make any other changes to the settings and should now be able to login.
