How to use your Office365 email account.

To use your Office365 email address, you will need to login through the web portal located at https://outlook.office365.com.

Your login name will be your email address. It should be your VIPdesk Connect username followed by @vipdeskconnect.com. (If your username includes a number at the end such as .2 or .3, you must include that in your email address as well.) 

For example, mine is sean.gum@vipdeskconnect.com. It does not matter if it is upper or lowercase.

Your password will be the same password that you use to login to VIM with. It is your VIPdesk Connect Active Directory account. Your password IS case sensitive.

If you get locked out or need to see if your password has expired, please use https://tools.vipdeskconnect.com/account/index.html. Do NOT use the ‘Can’t access your account?’ link on the login page. It will NOT work.

It is important that you wait 5 to 15 minutes after you change your password or unlock your account before trying to login to Office365 again. It can to take up to 15 minutes to synchronize with our system.
